Operates with a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V, offering a propagation delay of 3ns. Designed for surface mounting in a 48-pin TSSOP package, with high level output current of -24mA and low level output current of 32mA. Suitable for operation across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
