
General purpose, single-channel CMOS operational amplifier featuring a 20MHz gain bandwidth product and 10V/µs slew rate. Offers low input bias current of 10pA and a 2mV input offset voltage. Operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 900mV up to a maximum of 2.75V, or a single supply from 1.8V to 5.5V. Provides 90dB common mode rejection ratio and 100dB power supply rejection ratio, with a voltage gain of 130dB. Housed in a 5-SOT-23 package, this lead-free, RoHS compliant amplifier is suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
