16-bit dual-supply bus transceiver with configurable voltage translation and 3-state outputs. Features bidirectional data flow, a 500Mbps data rate, and 32mA output drive capability (high and low). Operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with supply voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V. Packaged in a 48-TSSOP with gold contact plating for surface mounting. This CMOS technology transceiver offers a propagation delay of 36.2ns and a turn-on delay time of 8.2ns.
