14-bit, 40Msps pipelined analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a single channel and a 32-pin LFCSP EP package. This surface-mount component offers both parallel and SPI serial digital interfaces, with selectable internal or external voltage reference. Designed for general-purpose applications, it accepts differential voltage input signals and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The compact LFCSP EP package measures 5mm x 5mm x 0.83mm with a 0.5mm pin pitch.
