
Low-power voltage detector IC featuring a 1.226V threshold voltage with 1.5% accuracy. This SMD/SMT component operates from 1.3V to 6V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 4µA supply current. It provides an active low reset signal with a 5.5µs delay and 5µs timeout. Housed in a compact SC package (2mm x 1.25mm x 0.9mm), it is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
