Single-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 3MHz bandwidth and 3MHz gain bandwidth product. This RRIO op amp offers a 2.4V/µs slew rate and 110dB voltage gain. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V up to a maximum of 8V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 16V, it consumes a nominal 750µA operating supply current. The SOT-23 package measures 2.9mm in length, 1.6mm in width, and 1.15mm in height, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
