Precision single RRIO operational amplifier featuring a 24MHz gain bandwidth product and 12V/µs slew rate. This CMOS amplifier offers a low input bias current of 0.2pA and 100µV input offset voltage, ideal for precision applications. Operating from 2.7V to 5V, it provides 150mA output current per channel with a low 1.7mA quiescent current. High CMRR of 80dB and PSRR of 90dB ensure excellent signal integrity. The compact TSOT package facilitates space-constrained designs.
