Octal D-Type Latch with 3-STATE Outputs, designed for surface mount applications. This CMOS logic IC features 8 independent D-type latches, each with non-inverting polarity and 3-state outputs. Operating from a 2V to 5.5V supply, it offers a high level output current of -8mA and a low level output current of 8mA. With a propagation delay of 9.2ns and turn-on delay of 5ns, it is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C. Packaged in a 20-pin SOIC on a 2000-piece tape and reel.
