Prime Oil Chemical Service Corporation (POCS) was founded in 1978. It is also a listed company on the Taiwan Stock Exchange with the security code 2904. Tank terminal services, including oil and petrochemical storage, are POCS's current major businesses. POCS has been focusing on this industry for more than 20 years. POCS is the only service provider in the Petrochemical Specialized Zone at Taichung Port in Taiwan, to have two shore tank terminals, with one wharf used exclusively by POCS for berthing.
