SMP13X

The BOSCH SMP13x is an absolute pressure sensor designed for hydraulic pressure measurement in automatic transmissions. Its compact, optimized package facilitates easy integration into transmission control modules. The sensor is available in standard pressure ranges of 50 kPa to 2.2 MPa (SMP132) or 50 kPa to 7 MPa (SMP137), with options for custom ranges. It provides a highly linear, calibrated, and temperature-compensated ratiometric analog output signal that is proportional to both the applied pressure and the supply voltage. Features include integrated ESD and short-circuit protection, open circuit detection capability, and two integrated capacitors for EMC protection. The SMP13x is RoHS compliant and automotive tested, ensuring robustness and high accuracy.
