Dual SPDT bi-directional analog switch featuring low RON and operation from 1.65V to 5.5V. This surface mount IC offers 350MHz bandwidth and a low supply current of 100nA. With two channels and four outputs, it supports single supply operation and includes fast switching times with a 35ns turn-on delay and 15ns turn-off delay. The compact 2.1mm x 1.6mm x 0.5mm package is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
