150mA CMOS linear voltage regulator with a 2.5V fixed output voltage. Features a low quiescent current of 21µA and a dropout voltage of 90mV. Operates from a 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range and supports a maximum output current of 150mA. Offers 2% output voltage accuracy and a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB. Available in surface mount packaging, including 5-lead TSOT or 4-ball WLCSP.
