
Dual 8-bit multiplying digital-to-analog converters (DACs) offer a high bandwidth of 21.3MS/s with a parallel interface. Featuring two DAC channels, each with 8-bit resolution, these general-purpose ICs provide a conversion rate of 21.3MS/s and a settling time of 30ns. The devices operate from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply, with a typical operating voltage of 5V, and deliver a maximum output voltage of 20V. Integral nonlinearity is specified at 0.25LSB, and the components are housed in a 1.05mm high, 6.5mm long, 4.4mm wide SOP package with tin-matte contact plating.
