
Synchronous boost converter IC with adjustable output voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V, capable of delivering up to 150mA output current. Features a wide input voltage range from 900mV to 5.5V and achieves up to 90% efficiency. This single-output positive regulator operates with a quiescent current of 19uA and is housed in a compact 6-pin TSOT-23 package for surface mounting. Designed for lead-free and RoHS compliant applications, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
