1.25V fixed output voltage reference IC with 0.15% initial tolerance and 30-ppm/°C temperature drift. Features a low operating supply current of 3.9µA and a maximum output current of 5mA. Operates from a 1.8V to 5.5V input voltage range and is available in SOT-23-3 and SC70-3 packages. Suitable for applications requiring stable voltage references across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
