TPD7104AF

The TPD7104AF is an N-channel MOSFET gate driver IC for 1-channel output high-side switches. A high-current high-side switch can be easily configured by combining this product with an N-channel MOSFET with a 40V breakdown voltage. The boosting method for driving the N-channel MOSFET uses a charge pump circuit, so it can be used with 100% duty cycle. In addition, the IC has a built-in capacitor for the charge pump so that peripheral components can be reduced. Protecting and monitoring the MOSFET enables the building of highly secure systems
