16-bit, 100 kSPS serial output Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a unipolar, single supply operation from 2.7V to 5.5V. This micropower sampling ADC offers a 90dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and 100dB Spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR). Integral Nonlinearity (INL) is 6LSB, with Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) at 2LSB and a Full Scale Error of 24LSB. The component utilizes an SPI serial interface and is housed in a lead-free MSOP package with gold contact plating, consuming a nominal supply current of 900uA.
