
Single-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 10MHz bandwidth and 5V/µs slew rate. This CMOS device offers a low input offset voltage of 80µV and an exceptionally low input bias current of 0.2pA. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it provides a high voltage gain of 120dB and an output current of 80mA per channel. Packaged in a SOT-23-5 surface-mount configuration, it is supplied on tape and reel.
