
Dual operational amplifier and voltage reference IC featuring a 900kHz gain bandwidth product and 0.4V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose op amp offers 70dB common mode rejection ratio and 100dB voltage gain, with an input bias current of 150nA and a maximum input offset voltage of 500µV. Designed for dual supply operation from 1.5V to 16V, it also supports single supply from 3V to 32V. The component includes a 2.5V voltage reference and operates with a typical 700µA supply current.
