14-bit, single-channel multiplying digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a serial SPI interface. Achieves a conversion rate of 2MS/s with a settling time of 0.5µs. Offers excellent linearity with a differential nonlinearity of 0.5 LSB and integral nonlinearity of 1 LSB. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply with a low nominal supply current of 3µA. Packaged in an 8-SON VSON package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
