16-bit dual-channel voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 2.5V, 4ppm/°C internal reference. Offers 1LSB differential nonlinearity and 12LSB integral nonlinearity, with a fast 7µs settling time. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply and supports SPI interface communication. Designed for low-power applications, this unipolar output DAC is housed in a 10-WSON package and operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
