Octal voltage output 8-bit DACs featuring a 167KS/s conversion rate and 8-bit resolution. These devices offer a unipolar voltage output, with a settling time of 6µs and a slew rate of 0.7V/µs. Operating from a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply, they provide an integral nonlinearity of 0.75LSB. Interface options include SPI and 3-wire serial communication. Packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP with tin-lead contact plating, these components are supplied on a tape and reel.
