Controller Sensors LLC

Controller Sensors LLC (Controller Sensors) was formed on November 3, 2011 and entered the pressure transducer business on November 28, 2011 through the acquisition of all remaining assets of AutoTran Inc. The asset purchase included all equipment, inventory, intellectual property, use of the AutoTran name, the rights to produce all products, as well as the intangible assets associated with the business.
