TS3002DB, Demo Board for the TS3002 is a completely assembled and tested circuit board that can be used for evaluating the TS3002. The TS3002 is the industry's first and only single-supply CMOS oscillator fully specified to operate at 1V while consuming a 1 uA supply current at an output frequency of 25kHz. The TS3002 is the first oscillator in the NanoWatt Analog high-performance analog integrated circuits portfolio. The TS3002 can operate from a single-supply voltage from 0.9V to 1.8V.
