PMP5317.3, Flyback (7V@3.5mA) Reference Design for Seismic

Reference design provides isolated 7V, +3.3V and -3.3V outputs at 100mW total power from a 2.6Vdc to 5.1Vdc input. With total power loss below 40mW, the full load efficiency is over 70%.
