PMP3904.3, Multiphase, Sync Buck for HiRel (0.95V @ 20A). The PMP3904 is a multiple output design that uses two TPS40140 devices. One TPS40140 is used to generate a two phase output 0.95V@20A. The other TPS40140 is synchronized and generates 1.8V@6A and 1.05V@10A. All three outputs use 3mm x 3mm FETs and very small inductors to make a very small overall solution
