
12-bit, 500 kS/s Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a unipolar, differential input and a 2.5V full-scale range. This high-speed, low-power sampling ADC offers excellent linearity with 1 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). Operating from a single 5V supply, it consumes a nominal 2.2mA current. The device is housed in an 8-VSSOP package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. It provides a serial interface for data output.
