150 mA CMOS linear voltage regulator with a 3.3V fixed output voltage and 2% accuracy. Features a low 21µA quiescent current and 90mV dropout voltage. Operates from a 2.3V to 5.5V input, delivering up to 150mA output current. Available in a 5-lead TSOT or 4-ball WLCSP surface mount package. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
