Boxer GmbH was founded in 2015 as the sister company to Uno with the primary role of sales and marketing. Following 5 years of close cooperation, in 2019 Boxer GmbH acquired Uno. Uri Friedlaender, the founder and managing director of Uno, is a partner and shareholder of Boxer GmbH and he will remain significantly involved in the business. The UK manufacturing location has been transferred to a new facility in Ottobeuren, Germany.
