The history of the company began in 1949. After his return from Russian captivity, Alfred Austerlitz, Dipl.-Ing., took over the sale of electroacoustic components and devices in Münchberg in the early fifties.There was also the distribution of headphones and microphones from the then also young company SENNHEISER. Soon the rooms in Münchberg were too small and the company relocated to Nuremberg. The distribution program included plug-in connections, cables, resistors, loudspeakers, microphones, headphones and the like. In addition, the company produced its own products, such as connecting cables and telephone adapters.
