Operates at up to 33MHz with a 40ns propagation delay and 13ns turn-on delay. Supplied in a 14-PDIP through-hole package, with a 5V operating supply voltage (4.75V to 5.25V). RoHS compliant and lead-free, suitable for 0°C to 70°C operation.
