Regulated 3.3V DC/DC controller and regulator, this charge pump IC delivers a fixed 3.3V output with up to 50mA current. Operating from 1.8V to 3.6V input, it features ultra-low 35µA quiescent current and a low-ripple output. The VSSOP package is lead-free and RoHS compliant, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C. Includes a low battery detector and a boost topology.
