
16-bit, single-channel, voltage output Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) featuring an SPI interface. This ultra-low glitch DAC offers a 200 kS/s conversion rate, 8 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL), and 1 LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it consumes a low 2.6mW of power. The device includes an integrated 2.5V, 2ppm/°C reference and provides an 88dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) with 79dB Spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR). Packaged in an 8-VSSOP with gold contact plating, it operates across a -40°C to 105°C temperature range.
