Dual operational amplifier featuring 80MHz -3dB bandwidth and 30MHz gain bandwidth product. This rail-to-rail output amplifier offers low noise and distortion with a 300uV input offset voltage and 3uA input bias current. Operating from a minimum dual supply of 1.35V up to a maximum of 6V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 12V, it delivers 13V/µs slew rate and 60mA output current per channel. With a 115dB CMRR and 110dB PSRR, this BIPOLAR technology amplifier is housed in an MSOP package.
