WEMA Beheizungstechnik GmbH was founded in 1970 as a subsidiary of EOC Normalien GmbH & Co. KG in Ludenscheid from the existing Bittern GbR. With the repeated sale of the parent company EOC Normalien GmbH & Co. KG in 1994, the shareholders also parted and the WEMA Beheizung GmbH became an independent company. Today's WEMA GmbH employs around 55 people at the Ludenscheid location and is managed by the second generation. Core products in the field of industrial heating elements are today developments of optimized heating-cooling combinations in the field of extrusion. Here we act as a system supplier of well-known machine and plant manufacturers. A second division is involved in the development and sale of innovative mold components.
