This unipolar device offers an Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 1 LSB and operates with a single supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V. With a low power consumption of 2.43mW and a nominal supply current of 3mA, it is ideal for power-sensitive applications.
