
Dual low-distortion voltage-feedback amplifier featuring a 290MHz -3dB bandwidth and 270MHz gain bandwidth product. This operational amplifier offers a high slew rate of 310V/µs and 270MHz unity gain bandwidth product, with 110mA output current per channel. Operating from a 4.5V to 16.5V dual supply or 9V to 32V single supply, it provides 90dB common mode rejection ratio and 75dB power supply rejection ratio. The device is available in a 2-channel, 8-SOIC package and is RoHS compliant.
