Adjustable positive linear voltage regulator (LDO) with 100 mA output current capability. Features ultra-high PSRR, a dropout voltage of 160 mV, and an adjustable output voltage range from 2.7 V to 29.5 V with 5% accuracy. Operates with input voltages between 14 V and 40 V, and is housed in a narrow SOIC-8 surface-mount package. This RoHS and Halogen Free component offers a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
