Operates from a 1.2V to 3.6V single supply voltage, with a nominal supply current of 439µA and a maximum power dissipation of 1.8mW. SPI interface compatible, housed in a 6-pin SOT-23-6 package with gold contact plating. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C, this RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
