1-A adjustable ultra-low-dropout linear voltage regulator featuring high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). Offers a wide input voltage range from 2.2V to 6.5V and an output voltage adjustable from 800mV to 6V. With a low dropout voltage of 170mV and a minimum current limit of 1.1A, this positive polarity regulator operates efficiently with a quiescent current of 40µA. The device is housed in a lead-free SON package, suitable for operation across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, and is supplied on tape and reel.
