Dual, 200 mA low-noise, high PSRR voltage regulator featuring 2.8V fixed positive output voltage. This linear voltage regulator offers 2% accuracy, a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, and operates from a minimum input of 2.3V. With a high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 76dB, it provides excellent noise suppression. The device is housed in a BGA package with copper, tin, and silver contact plating, and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It has a maximum supply current of 70µA and a quiescent current of 120µA.
