In 1987, Jurgen Buck and Apic International (France) founded Apic Filter GmbH. Initially, the company's main business was the sale of plastic housings and filter elements from APIC International in Germany. Gradually, the product range was expanded and led to a wide range in the field of filter technology. By taking over the shares of APIC International in 2009, Jurgen Buck became the sole owner. The merger with MTS Filtertechnik GmbH in 2013 into MTS & Apic Filter GmbH & Co. KG was a further step towards the future and innovation.
