ADC11DV200EB, Evaluation Board using ADC11DV200, 11-Bit, 200 Msps A/D Converter

ADC11DV200EB Design Kit is designed to ease evaluation and design-in of the ADC11DV200 11-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter, which can operate at speeds up to 200 Msps. The evaluation board can be used in either of two modes. In the Manual mode suitable test equipment, such as a logic analyzer, can be used with the board to evaluate the ADC11DV200's performance. In the Computer Mode this evaluation board is used with Texas Instrument's Wave Vision 5 board to capture data and Wave Vision 5 software to analyze that data
