200mA low quiescent current, very low noise LDO voltage regulator with a fixed 3.5V output. Features 150mV dropout voltage, 2% accuracy, and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. This positive output regulator operates from 1.9V to 5.5V input and delivers up to 200mA output current. Housed in a compact SOT-323-5 surface mount package, it offers a 100uA quiescent current and 55dB PSRR. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
