The KMI15/2,115 magnetic sensor is a surface-mount device with a SIP package, suitable for operation over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range. It has a maximum output current of 14mA and is packaged in tape and reel quantities of 1300. The device is lead-free and RoHS compliant, with a through-hole termination. It is not radiation hardened.
