Operates with a single supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V, consuming a nominal supply current of 2 µA. Interface is SPI, and the component is housed in a 16-TSSOP package with gold contact plating. RoHS compliant and lead-free, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
