This IC offers 16-bit resolution with ±2 LSB integral nonlinearity and ±1 LSB differential nonlinearity. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply with a nominal supply current of 2 µA. Interface is SPI compatible, and the component is housed in a 16-TSSOP package with gold contact plating. Suitable for operation across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
