
High-speed differential driver, featuring a 400MHz -3dB bandwidth and 400MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel operational amplifier offers a 2000V/µs slew rate and 60mA output current per channel. Operates with dual supply voltages from 1.4V to 5.5V, or single supply from 2.7V to 11V, with a typical operating current of 10.25mA. Housed in a compact MSOP package, it provides 70dB common mode rejection ratio and 70dB power supply rejection ratio. Suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
