Features 0.7% output voltage accuracy, 140mV dropout voltage, and a maximum output current of 200mA. Operates from a 2.6V to 12V input voltage range with a quiescent current of 34µA. Packaged in a compact SOT-23-6 (2.9mm x 1.6mm x 1.15mm) and supplied on a 3000-piece tape and reel.
