Hoverfly was founded in 2010 and has a long and proven history of innovative and first-to-market technologies including the first multi-rotor flight control system called the HoverflyPRO, the first tethered-power sUAS (the LiveSky), the first optionally tether-powered free-flying drone (the BigSky), and the first power-tether kit for consumer drones. We specialize in building ISR, communication, and special purpose drones that fly all day and all night, for days, and weeks at a time. Hoverflys tether-powered drones can fly without GPS when necessary, and Hoverfly is the only company in the USA that produces a drone approved by the FAA for flight in Class B airspace.
